tire size conversion

i was wondering if anyone has a chart of how to convert one tire size to another. like this kind of sizes LT305/70R16/D to this kind of sizing 31/10.50R15LT/C

Here's the formula

Height = (Section width / 25.4 * aspect ratio)*2 + wheel diameter

Width = Section width / 25.4

H: (305/25.4*70/100)*2+16 = 32.8"

W: 3.05/25.4 = 12"

So its ~ 33 x 12 x 16
