Do a search on rear end sag ("gangster lean")...pretty much you can put shackles on whether you make your own with, frequently, 3/8" x 2" bar stock, or buy aftermarkets (warrior products are common, I wanna say they're the 153s?); you can also switch your left and right leaf springs, or get new leaf springs.

You could also go with add a leafs as well but they will make your ride stiffer.

A quick search found Dead Link Removed about your tire question.

cool thanks for the info i seen those add a leafs but the guy at the auto part store wasn,t much help on any info. And does anyone know what the biggist size tire i can go without a lift i heard 31-10.50 equels to a 265/70 is the true.

i have a 99 xls that now has 31x10.5 tires on it , but it has 1 small problem,

without any lift the front tires rub just a hair on the front bumper when turning the wheels it will require just a bit of trimming if i am going to leave them on,
