I have a 1999 ford explorer sport xlt. It's 4wd and i was wondering what the largest tire i could fit on without a lift kit? Also I am adding an extra leaf spring to either side on the back and doing a torsion twist to lift up the front about 1.75 inches. With this done will I be able to fit something like 31x11.50?

31"s will definitely clear as the Eddie Bauers came with pretty much 31" tires in stock form. But lots of info in this thread:
