Yes, they should. I know there are quite a few people her with 94s running that size tire. I ran 31x10.5R15s on my 99 staock and had only minor rubbing on my front air dam(you would not have to worry about that).

Yep you won't have a problem in the world! I ran 31x11.50 when mine was stock. Hope it helps some!
