Here's mine:

Fit new drivers door (bought Ex with minor accident damage)

Repair air suspension as after 20mins the fail light comes on and the pump is constantly running on and off draining my battery when locked overnight which sets alarm off.

Repair inlet manifold air leak. (rough idle problem)

Replace O/S front wheel which is bent.

Refurb all wheels. (when replacement is found)

Remove two tone and repaint black to match.

Window tints.

Repair bad earth on towing electrics.

Remove stereo to look up code and have tunes again.

Replace N/S front wheel hub assy. (have already)

All brake pipes/lines.

Front anti roll bar links. (Have these already)

Grease sunroof runners and clean drains.

Repair drivers side rear door central locking, as it doesn't work at all.

Looking back now i have quite a list and better get my finger out, bad thing is as im writing im thinking of more parts i have waiting to go on.

Heater blower resistor.

Spark plugs.

Plug wires.

Thermostat.

4 new tyres for winter fast approaching.

I really better get these done, just realised how lazy i must be. Had this Ex for a year now and had most of the parts for about the same time :thumbdwn::(

Bought it 28 July, 3rd vehicle so happy its off road and on jacks for periods of time, bit rough on purchase but now responding to treatment.
just completed;
alloys refurb, new tyres, full sized spare added, added spare fob and full set keys, added stainless side steps, front hubs/ABS sensors, brake pads front + rear, rear disks, antiroll bar rubbers, anti roll bar links, front shockers, front and rear chain tensioners replaced, serpentine belt, oil(full synth) + filter, air filter, plug leads, spark plugs, pressure washed engine + underside, cleaned and restored leather interior, vaxd carpets and mats, interior + exterior full serious clean, fuel filter replaced, set of wiper blades, redex injector cleaner fed through, new front number plate, tracking reset, fixed arm rest lid, reset old OBD11 error codes, replaced missing door reflector, replaced broken ashtray lid, fixed rear glass hatch opening problem
To do;
fit used/refurbished tow bar, fit rear mudflaps, get it taxed, sort out rough paint on front and rear bumpers - thought about chrome bumpers and grill onto northface - bought grill but not sure, source cream/tan load cover!? aerial doesnt come up fully, replace serpentine jockey wheel, Start to actually use it!

wow thats quiet a list some of you have, well im starting on mine this week, so ill see what i can do first :salute:

Just be carefull with the dual exhaust i had a new single free flow stainless system made and the low end power loss is unbelievable, i noticed as soon as i drove the car, in hindsight i wouldnt have had it done had i known! id have stuck with the normal system as the engine really does rely a lot on the back prussure.

cheers, funny that, i read alot on the usa side sayin how good the cat back system is lol

If this is a street machine you gonna drop it?
oh and let me know if you get stuck swapping the engine as i've done mine a couple of times and might have some knowledge if you get stuck

Many thanks for your response Janolsson.

I've already turned off switch for ARC, no more false alarms :)
When the suspension problem started or as far as i can remember a clicking sound started in the rear from a relay contained within a small box, approx size 120mm long and 25mm wide. Sounds like a clock ticking in the back and very loud. Have you known of this before? I've looked on site but all i can find is a rear A/C blend door problem, dont think that is the case but could be wrong. Is there any common problems to look at first with ARC? I've not even checked it out yet, but pump runs all the time. Previous Ex's ran once in a blue moon so must be a fault with this one.

Replacement door went on today. So much better looking and my Ex looks straight again
Not finished yet, the drilling out of all those rivets really took time. (replacement door was a skeleton, with no parts fitted whatsoever so everything had to be swapped over to new door) New door is on and useable and locked for the night. Just have to adjust properly, fit interior trim and weather seals tomorrow as daylight time was against me today.

Got a solenoid for rear door today from breakers so that will go on tomorrow. Mine had an awful crunch to it then gave up.

Had a good look at blower resistor and it's taken out the multi plug too, it's badly melted and by the looks of it, lucky it didn't cause a fire.

Back out to breakers tommorow to snip plug off if it's of use. An import LHD should have the same connector im guessing. Better get the soldering iron looked out

Sorry to hijack thread with my problems.

It's thanks to you SB98UKexplorer that i've taken notice of my list and doing something about it :salute:
