I might be the only dumb-dumb not to figure this out until now... but just in case, I found out why not all of the sensors on Torque worked with the Explorer. Apparently you have to go into the settings and enable the Ford PIDs.

Like this:

1. Click Settings on start screen
2. Click Manage Extra PIDs/Sensors
3. Click the Menu Button
4. Click Add Predefined Set
5. Click Ford (Incl PowerStroke)

Every scanning software works like that. :p
