Today I bought my first can of Seafoam and I ordered my KKM intake. Any advice?

If you do the sea foam at home, close all windows, doors etc. Better to go for a drive and reduce the mosquito population! Ha Ha!

More then likely this will be the only mod I do to my X.

Hahahahaha. That's funny.

one tip on the seafoam, do it outside not in the garage. I made that mistake the first time I used it, had to wait 7-8 minutes for the garage to clear out.

This can be done. Just find another hobby. The more expensive the hobby the more effective it is.

What are ya'll talking about with the seafoam? I was just going to put it in my oil and fuel tank. What are you talking about?

Ahhh, we assumed you got the engine cleaner. EVERYONE here (practically) swears by this stuff to clean out the carbon build-up in your engine. Works wonders with higher mileage trucks, gets rid of pinging alot of times, truck runs smoother, and gets slightly better MPG,...the thing is that it looks like a war zone when you put it in (WHITE SMOKE!!!) Wouldnt be a bad investment!

how do I use it? I am correct in just putting it in the oil and fuel or is there another way that works better

Unhook the vacuum line that goes to the the throttle body and let it suck the seafoam out of the can gradually while working the throttle to keep it from dying. This method works MUCH better than putting it in the oil or fuel, although those methods are recommended also.
