Tornado

Quick question, just seen an infomercial on something called the "Tornado" supposedly, it improves the fuel/air mixture resulting in better gas mileage.

Any thoughts/experience on this? I already have a K&N filter installed, but this Tornado thing does something to the air after the filter. Gimmick?

my neighbor has it in his GMC Sierra, and he swears by it that is the best bang for the buck out of all his mods...

When he told me that and i kinda chuckled and then changed the subject...
