According to my '97 service manual:
Differential Bearing Cap Bolt 70-85 Lb/Ft
Not the same year, but the same exact axle, so I would assume it to be the same.

the spec's was correct.
70-85 lb/ft main caps
same as the ring gear bolts.. 70-85 ftlbs.
I just put some gears in a friends explorer this weekend. 4.56 in the frt and rear.
