Im just wondering if anyone knows that the torque specs are for the torque convertor to fly wheel and auto transmission bolts.
I tightened the flywheel down to about 60ftlbs cause it was dam tight when i removed it

I have a inlbs torque wrench and the ftlb one as well

By book is for a 1st Gen, but it says, 20-34 ft lbs for TQ to flywhee, and 28-38 ft lbs for trans to engine.

I don't see why it would be much different between the 1st and 2nd gen
thank you I appreciate the help

ps you ranger is quite nice.

lol they weren't that tight. Bellhousing bolts 51-64 lb-ft, and torque converter nuts 20-34 lb-ft.
