torque specs 91 explorer 4.0

torque specs.?

i replaced the front pump seal on my 91 explorer 4.0 4x4 automatic transmission, was shifting and runs fine ,when i come to a slow or stop it starts leaking pretty bad again i removed the transmission the seal looked fine.but replaced it again, anyone know what causes this before i install it again,
