white 1989 ranger, 2.3l
hello out there. I have a 1989 ford ranger with a 2.3 litre engine and I'm installing a timing belt. I got the belt on but i'm having trouble finishing the job. I torqued the 22mm bolt (120ft/lbs) through the hub assemble and through the center of the crankshaft gear. No problem there. Now there's a pulley that attaches to the hub assembly with four 10mm (maybe 12mm) bolts. The repair manual I have says to torque the one pulley to hub assembly bolt to 100ft/lbs. However, there are 4 bolts. Does that mean I should torque all 4 bolts to 100 ft/lbs. Note: the manual doesn't state the size of the bolt. I'm wondering if its referring to the crankshaft bolt? If so, i still need to know the torque for those 4 smaller bolts. thanks.

thanks rookieshooter. the info is greatly appreciated.
