Torque specs recommendations

So I'm replacing all front suspension parts.. Should I follow factory torque specs or moog? Thanks. 2005 sport Trac 2wd

Which parts specs are different?

And what are Moog's torque specs vs. Ford's?

98 factory, 60 moog,, I have a fsm I cannot find anything about inner tie rod. Do I put loctite on it?

They are beefy nuts. I’d go with the higher. I never used loctite on my tie rods, but it wouldn’t be the worst idea.
