Torque Specs Rocker Arm

I have been searching all morning on the torque specs for the Rocker Arm. Does anyone know what the exact specs are for the 00 Explorer 4L V6 OHV? Any help would be greatly appreciated TIA.

This is from the 2000 workshop manual and what I used.


Install the rocker arm shaft assembly and tighten in two steps:

1. Tighten to 32 Nm (24 lb-ft).

2. Tighten an additional 90 degrees.

Hi all... So after replacing head gaskets, water pump, clutch fan, cooling fan, power steering pump, and removing the cats. I am now pulling the following codes P1151, P0113, P1151, and P0174. I have now replaced the MAS sensor I looked up where the IAF sensor goes everything I have come across says that the IAF is integrated in with the MAS. Is this correct? Also, I picked up manifold temp sensor and am unable to find where that goes and if it's needed.
