I wasn't able to find an answer to this... How hard is it to swap out my torsion bar bolts??? I've rounded the head on it a bit and I want to put in a new one before I strip it... Is it as simple as take out the old one and put in a new one???

I'm pretty sure GJarrett had to change on of his out. Maybe you can PM him, or check his Explorer Registry post about it.

As long as you can still turn it, it is as simple as pulling one out and putting the new one in. Measure the length that your original bolt sticks through so you have a rough idea on where the new one should be. Jack the front up by the frame until the tire is off the ground to try and get as much tension off the bar as possible. Remove the bolt. Put the new one in. Lower the jack and take a measurment on all four fenders. You will probably have to do some fine adjusting once the new bolts are back in to get everything level.
