torsion bars question

How do you know if you have turned your torsion bars too far?

If you hear your CVs binding at slow speeds.

EDIT: Or if your bars are hitting your lower control arms.

what would the binding sound like? would I notice it? I don't think I have mine cranked too far but I just want to make sure>

What do you mean "hitting" them? One end of the t-bar rests inside the lower a-arm.

Also, your CV joints should not bind with stock shocks and ball joints. The suspension is designed to droop all the way down without binding the CV axles.
