torsion bars

i have a 4 inch lift on my 97 and its about an inch lower in the front, can i just crank the torsion bars to make it even
 












very very simple just make sure the weight is off thre front end which makes it much easier.

Make sure you mark it somehow for measurments so its even. Also you will need to get it aligned.
