My Hidden Hitch doesn't look that bad now that I had my exhaust raised back up to just under the bumper. Before raising my exhaust though it looked a little odd in the back. Now the only thing that sticks out is my hitch and since it follows the contour of my spare, the only thing that makes it noticeable is the white lettering. I've towed many times using my hitch since installing my body lift. The body lift won't affect your hitch. Whatever you do, don't use the bumper. The instructions that came with the kit even warn against using the bumper to tow after lifting it since it will only be their for appearance sake once you lift it.
