Trailer light connecter not working

the 4 plug connecter on my 97 xtl isnt working, i dont get any power to it, i checked the fuse box and those are good, where do i need to look?

was it setup with the factory tow package or was it an aftermarket addition? if its factory, i am assuming your intermediate pigtail is working correct?

i think it has the factory tow package, the 4 plug goes to a module under the bumper, not sure where to start, where thes intermediate pigtail?

If it's a factory harness you can check in the back drivers side just below the tail light. If has one of those but doesn't have power there you will have fuses up front I think under the dash if I remember right.

Just remembered, sometimes the wires were in the tire jack compartment I think.
