Does anyone know if it is difficult to hook up a trailering harness? Does Ford have a hot wire already run to the back of the vehicle, so I can just hook into that?

U-haul hooked one up for me by running a hot wire to the battery, then using their converter thingy that they said was needed. Well that keeps blowing out fuses or the convertor breaks. All this in 1 month.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jerry

There should be a plug near the drivers side taillight that the trailer harness just plugs into.

Not hard if you can read an EWD.

I bet the bulbs and/or the new harness are causing to many amps to be drawn causing poped fuses........
