Trails near Augusta, Ga.

Good morning all,

I've been in Augusta for almost a year and have been searching for some place to simply get off the paved road...maybe even have to use 4L a time or 2. I've done google searches for anything pertaining to off-roading near Augusta and everything comes back with dirt bike and 4-wheeler trails. If anyone out there has some info for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Ole Disgusta, GA huh? Lol, good luck finding trails, from what I know of there aren't any and I've lived there for about 15 years or so and haven't heard of any, even though all the high schoolers drive huge jacked up Chevy's and Ford's their mom and dad's pay for.

I really can't think of any around the area, might try calling Trucks and Moore off of Bobby Jones Expressway (I-520) and see if they know of anywhere. But other than that I think you're SOL, lot more lowriders in Augusta then other places, and for a reason lol.
