ok guys, i have a 2001 xlt 5.0 awd and i'm getting a new job with better pay and i'm thinking about putting some serious work into my exlporer. I already have a mac intake and flowmaster exhaust, and i was thinking about trying within the next year or less hopefully to do torquemonster headers, ignition, chip, cam, roller rockers, and supercharger. My question is, will my stock automatic transmission and awd transfer case be able to handle the power or will i blow them up?

The trans is awesome, will hold the power no prob. I believe the case will hold the power as well, but you could always do a BW4406 swap if you are worried.
