Tranny fluid ???

I am in the process of doing my first tranny fluid change....I have a 1991 XLT...What is the right amount in quarts that I need for for the basic pan and fliter change?...Thanks for your time...Rags

I don't know the numbers off hand, but your owners manual never forgets. ) I'm pretty sure it even lists the amounts with and without the torque converter drained.
