Tranny Problem

I put a new rebuilt tranny in my truck. I put an external tranny cooler on it to. But when I went to go put it in gears it dont wanna go in gear. If i put it in gear and rev it up u can feel it go in gear and when i let off gas it will go out of gear????

how is the fluid level?And how did you check it?Sounds like you are low.
Just a thought.
