my book says 108-132 in lbs.

a good rule of thumb on any tranny pan is 100 in lbs -- also always reuse the metal/rubber gaskets - don't use the paper thin ones that come in the little "kits".

I have my torque wrench set to 10 ft. lbs for both the valve body bolts, and the pan. The 3 valve body bolts that hold the VB together are about 70 in lbs. Blee1099 said that it would be 9-11 ft. lbs. 10 ft. lbs is a middle torque rating. Always follow the correct torque specifications on sensitive parts so that you don't strip anything.

I torqued them to 10.
Thanks,Sean
