did the fluid on my transfer case today, man that stuff smells horrible, even the new stuff did too.. the old fluid was black, what a pain it was to get the new fluid in to it... i definitely got 1.5+ quarts in there, i spilled a little bit but it was tough even with a funnel with a long tube on it... i used valvoline mercon V
i should be good though with the amount of new fluid i got in there correct? when i drained the old stuff it only looked like a quart, quart and a half came out
