ok well i have my torsion bars cranked about 1 3/4" to level out my 2001 sport trac and i know you shouldnt go any more due to binding the cv joints
so is there a transfer case lowering kit anywhere or any way to do it so i can crank the torsion bars all the way? i dont wanna spend 2k for the superlift kit and thought that a little more torsion crank and a add-a-leaf in the rear would be nice.

The driveshaft joints aren't the ones you have to worry about. It doesn't move.
The CV joints on the axle shafts are the ones that get increased angle. Also, if you max out your torsion bars then you lose all the downtravel in the suspension because all you are really doing is adjusting the suspension downward. This is a bad thing because when you hit a bump the front wheels will get airborne.
Add-A-Leaf is only marginally helpful because the Trac is sprung-under.
The late-model creedo is "Cheap to lift a little and expensive to lift a lot".
Warrior shackles, p/n WAR-153, in the rear are the way to go. That and a reasonable TT will get you 1.5" all around. Bodylift if you want more without springing for the Superlift.
