Just for FYI I have a 2001 Sport Trac. Since it's starting to get cold here I've noticed that the 4wd high and 4wd low lights flash when I start the truck. Not the initial lighting but after all the other lights (like check engine) go out. Yesterday I tried to put the truck in 4wd and the light didn't come on for about a mile or so. It also happened when I finally had 4wd on and when to go back to 2wd and it took a while. It seems to work properly when the truck is warm. Do you think the transfer case is low on fuild or is it something else? Thanks for any input....
