Transmission acting up

My 04 EX with 67K has for the last few days has started to shift rough and sometimes slip into the higher gears. I have noticed the trans downshift rough lately as well. This occurs when the vehicle is cold as well as warmed up. I would hope that the trans is not going to fail already with what I consider not so high mileage. I have seen other posts that suggest a "re-flash" of the transmission when others have had transmission issues. Is this a common problem for these transmissions? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Start with a fluid change (not a flush) if you haven't had it done in a while. If you have, then just check the level.
If you get it done at a dealer, then check into a flash upgrade also.

Mine has been doing the same crap. Not so bad last few months, but tonight, bad.

local dealers want a hundred bucks to flash the PCM.

the flash is delayed shifting,
But i don't want to bum you out, but mine acted funny just before it went at 50k, lost 3rd gear. . . .$1600 later its great.
