Transmission Change

I am planning on taking my old transmission out of my auto 91 XLT and have it rebuilt. I was wondering if this is an especially hard task to do. any comments or tips very welcome

Welcome to this forum! It will take a few hours of your time. Do you have a 2WD or a 4WD?

The hardest part is lowering the transmission down when everything is unbolted. If you have a 4wd the tcase is not light and it can be a problem for some people.
