I have an issue with the transmission fluid seeming to foam or look bubbly on the dibstick had this issue a while back fluid levels fine this is the second time it's happened. I put some Lucas in it to see if it was a bad band. Any thoughts?

get it hooked up to forscan and monitor your temps. If something is slipping really badly, it should show in TFT

Foaming is usually high level though, odd

I am having like maybe 3 or 4 bubbles on the dipstick on my 99 4.0 sohc 5r55e

Ditto I'd worry about the ATF temps the most. Be sure to check the dipstick on both sides, one usually is far easier and more accurate to read.
