so I downshiftd into second while going alittle to fast, now my 98 explorer sport makes this loud grinding noise most of the time mostly on downhill and if i give it some gas the noise goes away. I tore the trans apart and did not find anything broken/scored/worn.. the trans shifts fine just makes the noise please help, thanks in advance...
