transmission has no power

My 95 explorer has issues,Ijust changed trans filter and 3. Qts of fluid and now it won't shift right. Slips when I put it in drive but works ok when trans warms up. Someone please help

maybe check to make sure u put in enugh fluid? did u check the fluid level with it idling in park?
