Sometimes when I put it in park, it will buck and roll a bit like it is not in park.
Also have put it in drive and just revved as it was in neutral. Then I pull the column down a bit harder and it
goes in drive... Any Ideas???
When it is in gear , runs strong and no slipping ,

There are 2 gold-colored torx bolts that hold the shifter on. They tend to loosen up and you may even find one has fallen out and ends up on the floor. When these bolts loosen up it causes the problems you are reporting. Pretty common issue.

Remove the bolts and reinstall with Loctite on the threads.
