Transmission Problems - Newbie Needs Help

I have a 2002 Explorer w/4.0L. It has about 130K on it and the transmission exploded (dropped pan and full of parts). I need to buy a rebuilt or have this one rebuilt. Can anyone recommend a good rebuilder or a company that they have dealt with that sells rebuilt units.

Right now I am without a car so any help would be appreciated.
