I'm lost for words, I have a 01 sport trac 4×4 and has high miles 215000 or so auto trans in it and the other day I was heading to work and I got up to about 40 mph and all of a sudden I lost all my gears it acted like it was in neutral so I pulled over shut it off and restarted and it went fine for about a minute then did the same thing any help would be great thank you
