In the owner's manual and varies with the tranny type (5R55W, 5R55S, etc), external cooler, etc. I think mine takes 12 or 14 quarts.

There is a ATF filter inside the tranny pan, as is found on 99% of all trannies.

There is no dipstick and no filler neck, but you probably know that already.
