Hey ive been thinking alot about doing a trans swap my question is has anyone mated any other automatic to the ohv v6 like a f150 or v8 ex

Do a search... it has been done. 5R55E is a possible swap, with addition of a secondary PCM. 700R4 fits with an (expensive) adapter set. Another possibility is a performance-built A4LD, like the one that PATC offers.

yep but with the c4 you lose overdrive. It is the cheapest auto swap.
