Wife was driving about 45/50 mph. Felt a noise like a jerk. 96 Explorer 4wd auto. The speedo started bouncing up and down then after minute dropped to zero and stayed there. Still going about 45/50 mph. At the next stop light it didnt have much power taking off. After you get up to speed it seems to be okay. Also the O/D light flickers on the dash. Pushing the button on shifter for O/D does nothing. I checked underneath and dont see any puddles or anything. Any ideas? Or questions?
