I have a 2002 explorer 4.0 xlt and recently got new heads after overheating. well i broge the rear cam chain guide and i hear the only way to get at it is to slide the transmission back. well the trans was giving me that servo error just before anyway so i am going to sap the transmission for a rebuild with the servo block repair and a shift kit. is there any other parts that i shouls replace while i got it off? do not want to do this again and if the torque converter or the clutch should be done then i want to do it.
thanks for the help i appriciate it. doing it myself as like most people making les than half of what i used to (like anyone cares) i am in corona ca and if anyone wants to trade for sheet metal, welding, fabrication or machine work for help not many are higher skilled than i
