trim on outside of doors

hey guy/gals i was wanting to know how do u remove the trim on the outside of the door? i wanted to paint them. or is it easier to keep in place and tape and paint? any info would be a great help

fishing string. just place it under the trim and "saw" away.

or you could tape and shoot. thats what i did to surpass till i paint the whole truck.

i used dupli-color bumper coating (for bumpers and trim strips.)

yea i hated that color. now i have nice black bumpers, valance, trim & running boards. looks 100% better.

I'll be taking the trim off when i repaint mine.. and it won't be going back on
