I was coming home just 45 minutes ago from one of the racing spots, nearby.......I was cruisin on a back road, came to a stop sign and stopped, when my engine shut off..........I cut the truck back on and it sounded bad, mostly from the exhaust......I took it easy to a gas station and it it started smokin white smoke as I stopped, I popped the hood, the engine sounded fine so I started thinking that maybe it is my exhaust that is screwing up......It sounded loose, but my truck sits very low so I cant get under it until tomorrow. I took it easy home as I got near home, my oil pressure gage started to jump all over the place, now i'm confused, i dont know whether it is my exhaust or whether it is my engine, any suggestions?

White smoke is usually coolant burning. Check your coolant level. If its low do a compression test.

And.. burning coolant usually means blown head gasket or cracked head. You will also normally find oil in the water or water in the oil (it may move slowly so you may not see it yet)

i found the issue when I got under the truck, i have a gapin hole in my block, the rod and piston came out

ouch!!! run with no oil? water? overheated?

Had everything in it bro...........i left a racin spot in a hurry last night becuz of police, i think the head gasket went, but as soon as it messed up on me, i checked the levels of everything, the levels were fine, i got close to home, oil level gage is goin nuts, i get in the driveway, and come out this mornin, big ass puddle of oil under my truck, whole under carriage is covered in oil, the engine bay is covered in oil............she's dead, i gotta get her a new motor
