TSB 11-3-25 - Transmission bulkhead connector sleeve leaking transmission fluid

2 questions:

My 3/36 warranty expires early april. Just wanted to know if this would be under the transmission warranty if I dont bring it in before the 3/36 expires.

Ive had maybe 1/2 to 1 qt tranny fluid leak out is it ok to drive to the dealership 5 mile drive?

Its been in storage since Nov. found the leak today while looking under Ex. Coming from bulkhead connector sleeve.
