TT and 31" on a 97 Eddie Bauer

I've been reading about TT's and shackles to give a 2" lift. I'd like to put some 31's on. From what I have found, 31's do not require any cutting, but my truck is an Eddie Bauer.

With 2" of torsion twist/shackle lift, would 31's be able to clear my stock Eddie Bauer fender flares?

31's fit just fine on my stock 97, no rubbing. It's not an eddie bauer but it does have the full length steps and mudflaps and stuff. You should be fine even if you didn't install shackles and crank the torsion bars.

How big of a tire can I run if I do crank the torsion bars and shackles?
