tt+shackle = new shocks?

are new shocks need once a tt shackle lift is completed? since im still running stock shocks and they are starting to suck which ones should I get I mainly do on road driving but when I go offroad I want great preformance

I'd replace them regardless if they are stock..

Its not necessary to replace them, but if they need replaced now's a good time to step up to a better shock. I'd recomend Rancho RS5000's if you want a decent shock for a reasonable price. If you want to step up to a good shoch Bilstien is IMHO the only way to go.
 






what about procomp es9000 i c they are buy 3 get one free at 4wheelonline.com
 






I don't know if they make them for an Explorer or not. They are a pricey shock. $90-$100 a piece.

Ranco RS9000 are an adjustable shock as well about the same price as the Pro Comp ES9000 & Rancho does make them for Explorers.
