I have a hypothetical for all the suspension experts out there. Aside from the fact that the air ride sensors would need to be recalibrated for the new ride height that would come from a torsion twist and shackles, would lifting a second gen (95-97) with a factory air ride system still travel within its alotted limits (1 inch for 4wd, 2 inches for 4lo) with the addition of the lift? to put it another way:
would there be enough travel left in the torsion bars to allow the vehicle to be raised via computer control with the torsion bars already twisted (I.e. permantent lift)? Let me know if this makes sense lol. Thanks guys!
