Turbo or supercharger for my ex

My explorer is a 2000 explorer sport with a 4.0. I have 70 k on the explorer. except for the tranny which was done about 6 months ago. I want this thing to haul som ash and i figure it would b a little different if mine was charged. but i dont know what to do. i have read reviews on both the supercharger and a turbo and i am clueless. please someone help me out with this, on what would be best for my ex without blowing something up, and what i would havta replace or add so i dont screw something up. any help is appreciated.

Once you hit 75K on the engine, it's recommended that you don't add a super/turbo charger. Unless you got some serious cash/patience, I'd go with the supercharger. Also is your X a OHV or SOHC? Do a search on 4.0 superchargers because I have no clue who even makes them for that engine anymore.
