Turbolator Exhaust Tip

Anyone tried this turbolator tip?? They claim that EPA tests showed 8% fuel Econo improvments, but I cannot find the proof of those claims anywhere. It has a butterfly valve in the tip... looks like it actually might give some power by stabalizing backpressure... anyone have first hand with it?

add this to the same BS list as that tornado fuel saver. i need to stop watching late night cable because i am so sick of these infomercials that are just full of lies.
