When I turn off my 05 Explorer XLT with the turn signal on, the turn signal lights outside the car stay on in a constant state (not blinking). It does this for both the right and left side. Has this ever happened to anybody?

No, because I don't leave my turn signal going and then turn the engine off.

Good one - thanks for the help....

Do you have a European version? Sounds like a single sided parking light function like my Benz has, but it's on a separate switch and turns on the low intensity parking filament not the bright turn signal one.

Do you have a aftermarket alarm system? Or a aftermarket light flasher (ex police explorer) or anything?

I'll pull up the wiring diagrams for you, so I get the correct ones do you have auto headlamps or manual?

Thanks TechGuru. It's not a European version so I think that rules that out. No aftermarket alarm system or light flasher.
Thanks for pulling the wiring diagrams - it has manual headlamps.

Thank you! I'll install it and let you know if it resolves it for me.

That seems to have taken care of the issue - thank you TechGuru!
