I suppose that greaseable would be the way to go. But for as often as U-joints fail or don't fail, it doesn't make that much of a difference to me. As for what kind I would use, I am a firm believer in keeping my Ford vehicle Ford equipped.
Definitely greaseable.....if you have to take the old ones apart for ANY reason, I'd do it. In fact I plan on dropping my drive shaft specifically for that purpose.
